recently bought a 99 vulcan 800 classic when you try to take off at low end it pops through the carb. and falls on its face also coming out of corners at low rpm it pops and spits throgh the carb. took carb. off it was spotless and replaced spark plugs no better. runs great at mid-high rpm runs...
