How can I clean ceramic tile floor without leaving a film?

The best would be one of the steam cleaners as there is nothing else involved that water. Try it first with your normal tap water and see how much of a residue that you get. You may need to buy a jug of distilled water at the grocery store to use for the steamer.

Is there a reason that i should get my business checking account and business

The only benefit is that often you'll get more/better benefits if you have them at one place. Pick which you like best and call the customer service group and tell them of the better offer, they may match the offer.

    Does spray paint harm trees?

A little bit won't have a significant effect. If you were to really coat the leaves, it would kill the plant. The solvent will leach into the plant and the paint will block the sunlight.
