i eat arround 165 grm of protein im trying to gain muscle mass and reduce fat im arround 16 stone trying to get rid of fat i go gym 6 days a week 3 weights 3 cardio
my legs are sore and they seem to be getting better so i thought i give them extra rest so they repair fully is that OK i did 1hour 40 min walk after that my legs were almost like jelly
shall i do a 1hour walk outside with jogging mixed in or gym bike and cross trainer and treadmill i notice i sweat more inside because of the heat indoors whats better
