I have just got a Samsung R519 and "YouCam" came pre installed with it. You must have software installed otherwise you wouldn't be able to use it on MSN. Not saying its YouCam though. Try Start / Search / Type in Web Cam / View Devices & Printers

Perhaps to delete & re install. I always seem to have trouble using it to burn cd's, so I use "Deep Burner" it is free.

If its your first time over your limit, they will probably take no action. If you do it constantly they may advise a better package for you. It certainly wont break the bank though. Thats what I've experienced here in the UK
