    The dependency culture we have in the UK today was started by Harold Wilson in the late 60s . If you ask someone who's old enough they'll tell you that before that being unemployed was a think to be ashamed of , people would go out everyday and stay out so that no one knew they didn't have a job...

    No I don't , the "special relationship" is a one sided affair . You've just got to look at the Amanda Knox case , all of America is up in arms that she got convicted and do you remember that one in America when those two Drs killed their baby by shaking it and then blamed the English au pair ?
