To Hello you. A tie rod per say does not "stick out" period, it is attached to the rack and pinion steering unit, if it sticks out, then the wheel at that rod would be indeed turned too. It's a con job

Replace the throttlebody valve gasket This is way too old and has warped out of round, remove the throttlebody, view the gasket, oily ? warped ? needs to be replaced, it is allowing way too much "air" for the air/fuel mixture, this is why it dies by the way, the valve gasket is only $3.00 USD
