    if your picture/video is over 300 or 600 KB, that is when you'll be charged for internet usage.

    Try a reset on your phone and that may solve your issue.You can call customer care too to trouble shoot your phone.

    Get the rant instead of the Rumor. I looked at reviews on the Rant seems like a better choice to pick.
