    Its impossible to say..... If all you are doing is walking, its going to do very little without changing your diet and getting your heart rate up.....> Also, how intense are you walking? If its just a leisurely walk, then its not going to do anything.....>

    You will see some, but if you are doing 20 reps and could do more, the weight is too light. Most women want to firm and sculpt lean muscle, you should be using a weight that you can do about 12-15 reps and no more. If you dont push the muscle to failure, it will not grow.........>

    Hi Guys!..If I did a hard cardio sculpt work out last night should I go to the gym

    Take the rest...... I would recommend cardio every other day unless you are really fit. I would also recommend maybe a little weight training on your in between days.....lean muscle burns fat..........>

    what would be the best exercise and diet plan for a 14 year to follow to lose

    Not going to happen. You cant lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks.......You didnt put it on in 3 weeks, its not going to come off that fast either......> 2-3 pounds a week is safe and done with proper eating and exercise.........>
