You will see some, but if you are doing 20 reps and could do more, the weight is too light. Most women want to firm and sculpt lean muscle, you should be using a weight that you can do about 12-15 reps and no more. If you dont push the muscle to failure, it will not grow.........>

First of all dont do any cleanses....All they do is take away a little water weight and they really arent good for you........>
In 2 months a reasonable goal could be 20 pounds. Thats ambitious but attainable.......>
