You have to learn your hair and what works best for it. What works good for me may not work good for you. Like i have thick hair and i can not use certain products or my hair will not hold a hairstyle but i still keep it conditioned and moisterized real good. Thats the key to healthy hair.

I have noticed that since i have been having hot flashes that i must reapply my deodorant(especially if i wear a sleeveless shirt) and i have to wash my hair more than often and i was just wanted to know if someone else had this problem and could share some tips or ideas on how to handle this.
