Could be your fuel pump, or a clogged up fuel filter. Hopefully just needs a tuneup. I'd change the fuel filter, air filter and the sparkplugs and see what happens.

You'll probably have to set up audio out on HDMI in your settings. The card has an onboard audio controller. You need the ATI HDMI Audio Device Driver. Install that, then change your audio device to Realtek HDMI Output
