on the song "theories" off the album "buck up princess", whats the backing track?

I just downloaded a tv show from itunes to my pc, and for some reason it won't run smoothly. It's choppy and the picture doesn't always keep up with the sound. Is there something I need to download to make this work better? thanks!

im very interested in the idea of having a career for a magazine or website of the sport i love. I love writing i think im fairly good at it and especially if its about mma. i graduating in 2008 and i need to find a career soon and im realizing that so any help would be great.
