    Will i see signifigent improvement in my speed and cardio by increasing to 5 miles

    a day? so i used to run 3 miles a day EVERY DAY. in other words 21 miles a week and that was all my workout ws oh and iw as only comsumign 1,500 calories a week and i have a six pack and am ripped and all that yadda yadda blah blah. anyways for the past 2 day i have started doing 5 miles a day...
