Music is the one topic I can not stand to talk about, because one way or another, I'm being judged by what I listen to. I'm into metal, all sorts. And when a guy asks me, he'll be surprised and not believe me and say that I'm a girl and I shouldn't be listening to that but I should be listening...
My diet/ lifestyle
- 30-45 minutes of exercise 4-6 days a week
- 1/2 gallon of water a day [nothing else]
- Portion my meals to 6 tiny meals a day, maybe the size of my palm
Do you think this is a good start?
Should I change things up?
