    I need YOUR opinions if you think this is the start of a healthy diet/ lifestyle.?

    My diet/ lifestyle - 30-45 minutes of exercise 4-6 days a week - 1/2 gallon of water a day [nothing else] - Portion my meals to 6 tiny meals a day, maybe the size of my palm Do you think this is a good start? Should I change things up? Let me know! (:
