Does anyone know of a studio/coach to teach ballroom dancing? Im thirteen and would really like to start(maybe compete someday?) Oh and any tips you can give me to, Thanks a lot!

I would really love to ballroom dance in competion, but I have a few questions. 1. Am I to old to start? (Im thirteen) I take dance lesons, but never ballroom. 2. How do I find a partner/teacher? Do we ussually do this in group classes? Im really naiive as you can tell. 3. How do I get started...
