i have a decorative technique but i can't remember what its called, its for my GCSE coursework, i used an iron to melt down strips of cut up plastic bags and now they're glued together. pleeeaseee help me think of the name, i can't remember what its called!!!

it could be lack oxygen in the tank. also, if the pH level is off in the water that could be a cause too. i say take the tank and the fish to a pet shop and have them check out the temperature and pH level and go from there. you do have a filter to circulate carbon and oxygen in the tank though...
