I don't see how South Park is really popular in other countries. It's not something that can be broadcast on terrestrial TV without causing uproar (butchered syndicated episodes notwithstanding). You need to have cable or satellite to even now about that show.

I love that speach the Umpire spirit gives about how Evil is supposed to cheatr, because cheating is in the nature of evil. And then he goes on to say, if good were alowed to cheat, then good would become evil, and then evil would win the game. One of my favorite lines in animation.
