hi! if i never got a parking ticket (maybe it flew off; someone decided to be funny, i dont really know), and no courtesy letter about it in the mail, would i still have to pay the additional charges on an overdue ticket? PS i live in san francisco, where the DPT does send out curtesy letters...

because im off their system now. but how do i pay for the month?i had paperless billing! LOL or do i not since its cancelled?.... and do they send a confirmation of a closed account to the address? im utterly confused.
