If the new speedo is cable driven, the Dakota Digital Transmission Speed Sensor won't work for you, because it's for an electrical speedometer.

I don't consider myself "rich", but doing ok. I ride Harleys because I have for the last 36 years. It's what I'm comfortable with and know, can work on it myself.

If it's an OWNERS manual and not a SERVICE manual you want, go ask the dealership. If no luck there, call customer service of Harley. (I've done this twice for used trucks I bought. They sent me an owners manual for free both times).

While I agree with Adam, I have another question. Why does it puke after sitting for a while? Probably oil leaking past the check valve/seat? You might want to check/fix that.
