Didnt make sense to me, the codes tell you what is wrong... then the mechanic, who is supposed to be ceritifed and knows what he is doing, would troubleshoot and diagnose any other problems. Just replacing parts and then saying, hey lets see what happens is BS and not acceptable.

If the bushings have a metal insert where the bolt goes through you will want to lightly grease the bolt.... if not then dont....
