    Cop Car FTMFW

The cop car really does not handle that well compared to the better cars in the game.

    Human "Superheroes" are kinda lame.

once again... superhuman powers would have to be real. Batman is the shit because it seems almost plausible. He is a "superhero" that people can relate to. Thats why in the movie they bring up the whole thing where regular dudes off the street start dressing up like him.

What does the future hold for users not "on the cutting edge"

Good habit. So many phones break down because people bring them inside the gym where they are exposed to sweat. Especially if the sweat goes between the buttons of the keyboard.

Nokia 5800 XM NAM(850/1900): Reviews, Issues, Tips, Tricks & Support Thread!!

I am thinking Nokia will not fill those pre-orders now. Most likely they fix the issue before they ship them out. Obviously they will have to recall the flagship store stock & can't sell until the issue is fixed.

    New Sprint phone help

Correction... sometimes something with a touchscreen uses less battery than one with a smaller non-touch one. For what it's worth, the BB has its own swipe function too... it has a tiny trackpad that's like the trackpad on a laptop, just much smaller and more sensitive.

    Realistic animation and rotoscoping

Motion capture takes 3D motion data from an actor and transfers said motion onto a pre-built, rigged model. It's (mostly) automatic. CGI Rotoscoping can be a couple different things, but it always involves an artist matching the movement of a filmed actor manually. CGI Rotoscoping can just be...

Looking for the title of a comics/animation magazine from the early 90s

The only one that came to my mind as well, since I had read several issues of that when it came out.

    Tributes in animation

I always find it neat when anime makes references to Western cartoons. I can't remember the name of the show, but there was for instance this "Mecha" anime in which the "conscience" part of one robots brain was named something like "gi-mimi"; a reference to Jimminy Cricket, the "official...

Data says there may be a Goonies animated series coming

Until I hear this from a more credible source, I have to consider it nothing more than rumor, speculation, and hearsay.

    ABC Kids Refreshed Schedule ?

There's also the deal that's set to go into effect this fall, where Litton Entertainment will be providing E/I programming for ABC affiliates. Not sure of all the technicalities -- but it's something EACH affiliate (or group of affiliates owned by the same company) has to subscribe to. I don't...

    Are YOU an "animation snob"?

I wouldn't say it took itself that seriously. It may have been set in a dystopia future but it was still quite comical most of the time and the action was more slapstick and over-the-top than serious. Aku also felt more like a parody of evil rather than an actual personification of one. I'll...

Cant we all just get along!?

I agree wholeheartedly, good animation is good animation, regardless which country it happens to come from.
