i had this problem too on my 5800 and n97. i just make it access the 3g all the time. i have unlimited anyways, and mini is so fast it doesn't really matter much.

Well I believe they're hard to come by, but if you can get your hands on one then I say go for it... I considered getting it about a year or two ago when I got my 6267... it looked like a pretty cool phone... It has Edge class 32 which I've used with Tmobile and was plenty fast... I haven't...

The Music player is very good IMO for E-series....the camera, not good. I think the E61i took better pics without auto focus. I'm a little disappointed, but hopefully will be fixed with firmware update.
