2 actually, i would stick with a mono block kicker amp for your sub, try not to over power it, no reason to hurt your sub.... for your 6x9s try a kicker 350 i believe is what it is, i like it

if your trying to keep the tape, i really dont know, but if not, use a flat head screw driver to try and pull it out,... really all i can think of is ripping it out, sorry
