You can keep going, by extending the playtime, I forget what it's called exactly, but when the game is over there is an option to keep going with it..

Alot of games add in copious ammounts of profane language to boost the rating from what would be a T-rated game to an M-rating to entice more intrest from the older gaming crowd... You can tell them that I suppose.
