    What are good ways to train yourself to eat little to no food at all?

    Little being 300cal. No food being a "fasting day" which happens a few days out of the month...a few being 3 or 4... No hate comments, i just want helpful answers..not what u think is helpful..answers that will help me..Thank you <3
