    It is impossible to target fat on your body. Any exercise you do burns fat from you entire body.

    Pretty good but you should eat more vegetables.

    I am already a PTA so I know kinesiology and anatomy very well. I have already taken the classes I just need to take the test.

    Cooking vegetables does take out some the nutrients but they are still good for you.
