Correction... I got TWO duds... I exchanged mine and the one I exchanged it for gave me the same problems... I even changed my sim card and I still had the same problems... Have you considered the 3120 classic?... It's S40 and has 850 3G which works in some areas... here in Hawaii there's 850...
