    could i get arthritis from playing to much video games?

    ok im 15 years old i play video games alot every weekend ill play all day during weekdays wen i get home i play to midnight and now everytime i play i notice the room seems dark after i play maybe half the day and my hands hurt really bad for maybe an hour but then goes away is this normal
