i installed a remote starter (avital 4113, 4113L) and the only thing im missing are those two wires so that i can unlock the doors and the defogger turns on.

It seems that when I try talking, it goes through once, but when I try talking a second time it doesn't go through, which results in no one hearing me. Is there a way to fix this? Note: I don not have push to talk enabled.

Depends on you and the unit. From what I hear, you wont be forced to pushed yourself. You'll have to have the discipline to do that yourself.
