My son took his 91 Civic to auto emissions, and just as they were about to pass him, noticed smoke coming from the tail pipe and sent him away (with-out the pass). We took it to Precision Tune a week later and they found no smoke. They tried for 10 minutes to get it to smoke. He drove it...
