I have a 1975 Honda CB400F that hasn't run in about 20 years. It is not operable to almost any extent right now, so is it worth the time and money to fix it up, or should I just get a new bike?

I'm currently a high school senior planning to go to college in LA. I'm a beginning motorcycle rider and is wondering whether to get the cbr 600 or the ninja 250. The 250 is more suitable and cheaper but I think I'll get tired of it too fast. On the other hand, the 600 will last me longer but is...
