I am getting more free weights soon, but what I have right now is:
- A 10 lb free weight and a 15 lb kettle bell
- A treadmill
- A 40 pound punching bag that I lift and hold on my shoulders during full body squats
- A couch to hold my feet for sit ups
- that "Perfect" Sit up thing they sell on...
