Those trucks are known for the tail light assemblies going bad, specifically the circuit boards in them. Have them tested. You can get less expensive ones after market. It's cheaper top pay to test, then to just replace in this situation. As you already are finding out.

you replaced the outer bearing, but there is also an inner one. Inside the differential part of your transmission.

Outer tie rod ends, most likely. Next weakest link would be the ball joint.

EGR valve stuck open, or another large vacuum leak.
