Quite Simply 3 things: 1) TOO MANY devices in S40 & S60!! Sure it gives them a breadth of potential sales but their crimping too much on mid-tier devices and not revolutionizing on high end enough!! 2) Too many cpu providers - means less major sales for them, so they do NOT innovate cpu's...
