Ebay is definitely one of the cheapest, but you will be very satisfied with sonicelectronix.com. They have very low prices, box and sub combos, and are very reliable and your stuff gets shipped fast.

I highly doubt that these subs would "break windows". It would probably be possible to maybe crack a few windows, but even at that, you would need a pretty big box and it would have to be tuned just right. Do you now if they are dual 2ohm or 4ohm subs? I would recomend the sound storm 4000.1...

It depends on the box. Two p1's in a ported or bandpass box would hit louder than one p3 in sealed box. Even if the p1's aren't near as good as the p3, having two subs makes a big difference. I would recommend the 1 P3 in a big ported box tuned to 30-34hz.
