    How do I set/add ringtones to my iPhone 3GS?

    I can see the Ringtones tab in iTunes, but if I click 'Sync Ringtones' it will remove all my songs and movies, and I don't think my iTunes library has any ringtones anyway. I don't want suggestions of going onto sites and creating ringtones. Is it possible to set one of my songs as a ringtone?

    Will I be able to get the iPhone OS 4.0 for my iPhone 3GS?

    Do I download it or does it only come with new/later realeased iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4G?
