Just downloaded fallout 3 game of the year edition from direct2drive. It was basically the game and the DLC as a file. Have a brand new PC with windows 7. I installed it and the DLCs all show up when I go to "data files" at launch, but the "downloads" option on the games main screen isn't...

I know this is weird... VH1 ran a promo with paper cut out cats - one of which was dressed in boy george dreads and a top hat. Maybe around 1999-2000. I think it's one of the best spots I've ever seen. I can't find it ANYWHERE! Somebody help me!
