    How long do I cook this meat for?

    I have a boneless shoulder of Pork that weighs 2.15kg - the cooking instructions say cook for 35mins per 450g plus 30 mins. How long do I keep it in the oven for? Sorry but my maths is completely rubbish. Thanks for any help.
