I'm going to Cadillac, Michigan for an event, and I figured I would shop for dresses there. The town I live in has no good dresses. Does anybody know what stores have prom/homecoming dresses?

I know how to get ringtones from www.funformobile.com. But i dont have internet or Pic messeges. So how would i get my ringtones i downloaded from the computer onto my phone. thanx
