Ensure you have the belt on as shown on the diagram in front of the radiator. If the belt is not tight enough the alternator will not be charging at the rate it should. You could have the heads milled down and use thinner head gaskets. It would appear your valves are leaking, but I am surprised all the cylinders are at 30 lbs. They are quite a low compression ratio engine I believe about 6.5 to 1.
