Hi Get a fuel pressure test and a return line to the tank can play havoc and the fuel cap. The tank may not be getting the pressure from the system.

Hi, First check the air filter. The black stuff at the tailpipe is condensation and carbon/unburnt gas. It is probably the idle fuel mixture solenoid. It needs to be removed and cleaned or replaced.

Hi ,It should be a dirty idle solenoid. Its on the air intake and can be removed and cleaned.
