I'm not 100% sure about this, but i heard that the E71-1/3 does NOT come with NAM warranty. Therefore, if there is a fault with the device and you are located in NAM, you will not be able to send it in to nokia for repairs.
At least you can get JoikuSpot to work.. I bought it on my N8 and it refuses to start up the wifi piece.. Keep saying a connection is already available and fails.

My N86 has yet to lock up on me, but then again, some of you guys may be rougher on your devices than I.
I have hotmail setup on my N86, and it seems to be working just as good as it did on my E75: works well unless there is an interuption on Nokia's end.
