    In football (USA) on a drop kick, does the "dropper" and the "kicker" have to be

    I don't think there would be anything illegal about doing it that way. I just can't imagine why anybody would want to. It's easier for the person kicking the ball to drop it, because he knows how he wants it to drop and when he intends to kick it off the bounce.
