I'm doing student congress for my school and I'm having trouble coming up with legislation ideas to write about. I'm open to all suggestions but please try to keep them reasonable and current. If you like you can include reasons on why you believe that this legislation should be passed.

My mom always asks who's going to say 'grace' whenever we eat as a family. Why is it called grace if it is pretty much the same thing as a prayer?
