    Question about boyfriend's phone service(boost mobile)?

    i have verizon, and mine won't ring if it is dead or out of signal. problem with boost mobile is they have no cell sites of their own. if a site is full, boost (and metro pcs) calls are dropped until the cell site is freed up enough for that service to utilize it.
