If you have anl amp and subwoofer but have the volume too high or just use a lot of power is it hard on the battery or alternator? how do people avoid this problem of using too much power from the battery or alternator?

i'm just wondering for anyone who has amps or subwoofers. if i get a sub with a built in amp that powers itself from the battery how do i know if it's too hard on the battery or the alternator? i don't crank it up too high but does it ruin my battery or alternator?

and if i get the x box bluetooth just for the xbox does it work so that all the game sounds goes to the bluetooth and nothing comes out the tv speakers? so i can play at night when people are sleeping?
