i dunno man, i'm finding the 5800 is just as fast as any other s60 device i've used. it installs apps particularly fast, loads the music library fast, etc. i think people are just bashing it because they didnt feel comfortable with it within the first 2 hours because they are used to Dpad...

I think rim will actually learn from this. They are starting to put out phones with processors that say fast. My woman's 9780 on t-mobile runs great on 624mhz. But people don't know anything more than numbers. Rim is not that dumb yet and slow they are. But I think this Nokia crap will...

How do they compare to Creative's MP3 players?

I have a Sandisk 8GB and have had no issues at all. I would be ware of the other brands as Ive heard that they can cause stability issues.

How about the slider? My slider is perfect when closed, or open. But with the multimedia keys exposed it has a slight play back and forth. I think it's because there is no spring putting pressure against it that way, but wondering how other sliders are?

I'm a photographer, maybe you saw that from my N86 unboxing, so the camera on my phone is pretty much a replacement for a compact camera without having to lug around my full SLR body, lenses and flash. So... I needed to see how the camera actually performed. Not crap reviews like people who are...

Blackberry for ME! Iphone just doesn't look sturdy enough I'd be worried about always breaking it.

I gotta say that I can recognize Tress's voice on just about every role she plays. There are subtle differences, sure, But you always know. The only really different voice she had, in my opinion, was Dot Warner.
