I have a nexus s and I was wondering if there is any way I can listen to my music through the car stereo via USB cable. My pioneer deck has the USB port. And my hero did it before. Any thoughts?

My leo hasn't eatin for about 3 weeks now his tail is still large. I use an old towel as his substrate I have 3 areas for him and a reptile heating pad. I have always feed him crickets but I tried millworms. He doesn't eat either. Just drinks. He also never goes near heat always under the towel...
