I've got my midi working fine with cubase 5 but when I play a note on the keyboard theres a delay before its heard though the speakers! its also the same with the virtual key board function! helpp! how can i remove midi latency?

Could someone find me a fisheye for a Sanyo VPC-FH1A? I've heard that it works with a 0.3x opeka fisheye but theres nothing to prove that and I dont want to end up buying a lens for nothing, around £30/40 is within my range, thanks
