How can I set ringtone for it without computer, wire or itunes. I got the music just dont know how.

I just got the new Sims3 and It keep telling me that I need ActiveX and Adobe Flash Player and I have neither! So when i try to find ActiveX to install, it's not there. When I try to install the Flash Player, the bar at the top is wrong. It says something about not being allowed to display...
